Note:
We no longer ship to Spain, Germany, and the rest of Europe… They make it totally prohibitive to send goods from Ghana. Clearly they don’t want us to participate in their market and so we won’t!
Orders destined to Accra or Tema attract a flat rate and are usually delivered on the same day via courier.
We ship all international orders via DHL Express. Rates are weight-based and the minimum allotted weight is 2 pounds. For this reason it is suggested your order weighs at least 2 pounds.
Shipment processing time
Orders received before 2 pm GMT will be processed and sent out that day. After 2 pm we process the following business day.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from DHL containing your tracking number, once your order is processed.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Earth Seed, Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Earth Seed, Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, no worries… Return the item(s) within 45 calendar days of your purchase and receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s), however you are responsible for shipping costs.
